WHO IS HEALTH COACHING FOR?

  • If you are struggling to get or maintain your health, you could benefit from working with a Health Coach.
    I believe that at our core we are healthy, vibrant people, we just struggle to get there because of all of the confusing and contradicting information given to us. There are so many diets, exercise plans and lifestyle choices to choose from- how are you supposed to know which one is the right one for you? I believe that getting and staying healthy shouldn’t be as difficult as we make it. I specialize in helping people gain the control back of their health and lives so they can put an end to the bad habits that are preventing them from reaching their health goals.


WHAT IS A HEALTH COACH?

  • To put it simply, a health coach is someone who is going to get you think differently about your health and help you to reach (and maintain) your health goals.

  • I received a Health Coaching Certification from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My studies, along with my own personal journey has helped me discover a method to end bad habits and take control back of your health for lasting results.


HOW DO THE PROGRAMS WORK?

  • With each program, you will receive access to the Client Portal which will be your home base. There is a section for each week of your program that contains, readings, worksheets and the assignments.

  • Each week you go deeper and deeper, following my method for true health and mindfulness. With the required work each week, you will be given actionable steps and with our weekly, one-on-one conversations, we will personalize the program to you and your specific needs.

  • You will have unlimited access to the Client Portal, even after your program concludes, so that you may reference or revisit every step.

  • During your program, in addition to the one-on-one meetings, you will also receive unlimited email and text support for any questions or encouragement you need along the way.

WHAT IF I WANT TO LOSE/GAIN WEIGHT?

  • My clients have found great success in finding their ideal weights. Although we do not focus on dieting or meal planning, weight loss (or finding your ideal weight) is often a side effect of the work we will do together.

  • One of the main bits we will work on is overcoming bad habits and taking the control back of your body- with this, clients find weight loss is quite easy.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE, specifically?

  • Once a week, we will have an hour long discussion. This is a time of self-discovery, openness and complete honesty. We'll dive deep, in search of what road blocks you have that keep you from reaching your health goals. We'll discuss the week's triumphs and missteps and I will provide specific strategies and exercises to work on during the following week.

  • A safe, judgement free space where you can open up and know everything that is said is in complete, strict confidence.

  • A weekly, individualized newsletter with specific resources per your health goals.

  • Unlimited text and email communication so you will feel supported at all times.

  • Access to the Client Portal, which contains the full method, assignments, reading materials and worksheets.

  • Health and Wellness worksheets to better understand your personal goals and how to reach them.

  • A partner in this journey that will keep you 100% accountable and give you the tools to become your best self.


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ENROLL?

  • Shortly after you sign up, you will receive an email from me with a questionnaire about your health history so that I can get a clearer vision of your goals.

  • We will schedule a set time for our weekly, hour long, session.

  • In the first session, we will review the health questionnaire and establish what your main health goal is and begin to discover what in your life is hindering that goal. 

  • The weeks and months that follow, we will establish and implement a personalized strategy for you to consistently improve your health and become your most authentic self. 

I AM NOT SURE WHICH PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR ME.

  • No problem, I can help you determine which program you will benefit from the most. A great way to do this is to sign up for a free DISCOVERY SESSION. This is a 30 minute, (no commitment, stress-free) call to determine if we are a good fit and which program is the best for you, personally. It’s also a time for you to ask any questions you want about the process, programs or health in general. Or, if you want to talk about puppies for 30 minutes, I am good for that too.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • All sales are final and there are no refunds.

  • If you are traveling or need to reschedule- you may pause your program and pick up again when you are available.

What iF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE / AM out of town?

  • You may pause your program if you are traveling and cannot commit to your standing session for a period of time.

  • If you need to reschedule, you have 24 hours prior to your session to cancel. We will then reschedule your session for a time that works. If you have to late cancel (within 24 hours of your session) your 1-on-1 session will be forfeited but you will have access to the online assignment and reading.

CAN I ADD MORE SESSIONS TO MY PROGRAM?

  • Yes. The MAINTAIN program lets you purchase sessions that can be used whenever you’d like during a six month period.
