If you are looking for a one-size-fits-all approach that includes a specific eating plan, fitness regimen, and all you have to do is follow the rules and then everything will fall into place- that is not this program. Those plans do not work as they're just another diet and diets do not work. Say that out loud. Diets do not work.   
If they did work, then you probably wouldn't be here. 

I used to believe that the recipe to true health was 80% about eating well and 20% was about exercise.
These are important aspects of a well-rounded lifestyle but this alone is not going to allow you to achieve long term results. If your focus is solely on outside factors like food and movement, you will eventually lose momentum. In order to make lifelong change, you need to turn the attention within. 

My mission is to help you shift your beliefs, habits and mindset around food, body image and self-love.
With my guidance and strategies, you will transform into someone who is mindful, practices self-love rituals, craves only healthy, nutritious foods and wakes up feeling energized and excited to take on the day. You'll repair your relationship with yourself and find a deep connectedness to your body. You'll find balance in all areas of your life including- career, finances, relationships, home environment, spirituality, creativity, social life, eating habits and physical activity. 
You will feel whole, authentic and like the very best version of yourself.

If you're thinking that this all sounds great and dandy but what you actually need is just some strategies on "willpower" and "discipline"- I am telling you, you need shift your mindset. Because, that has brought you to where you are today and it's not going to help you transform into the person you want to be.
Self-control and restrictions will not cultivate lasting results because willpower is not the real reason behind these issues. 

Together, we'll  discover why you do the things you do in order to shift your behaviors around health. 




  • Once a week, we will have an hour long discussion. This is a time of self-discovery, openness and complete honesty. We'll dive deep, in search of what road blocks you have that keep you from reaching your health goals. We'll discuss the week's triumphs and missteps and I will provide specific strategies and exercises to work on during the following week.

  • Shortly after you sign up, you will receive an email from me with a questionnaire about your health history so that I can get a clearer vision of your goals.

  • We will schedule a set time for our weekly, hour long, phone call. 

  • The first call we will review the health questionnaire and establish what your main health goal is and begin to discover what in your life is hindering that goal. 

  • The weeks and months that follow, we will establish and implement a personalized strategy for you to consistently improve your health and become your most authentic self. 



What is the cancellation policy?

  • All sales are final and there are no refunds.

  • If you are traveling or need to reschedule- you may pause your program and pick up again when you are available.

What iF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE / AM out of town?

  • You may pause your program if you are traveling and cannot commit to your standing session for a period of time.

  • If you need to reschedule, you have 24 hours prior to your session to cancel. We will then reschedule your session for a time that works. If you have to late cancel (within 24 hours of your session) your appointment will be forfeited.
