peach + lavender lemonade

I N G R E D I E N T S

3 Peaches
3/4 cup of lemon juice (about six lemons)
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of dried lavender flowers
1/4 cup of coconut sugar
1/4 cup of boiling water


R E C I P E

-Boil together 1/4 cup of water and coconut sugar until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let the dried lavender flowers steep in the mixture for 3-5 minutes then strain the flowers out of the mixture  and let the syrup cool.
-Cut the pit out of the peaches and mix together with a 1/2 cup of water in a blender until smooth
-Place a fine, mesh strainer on top of a mixing bowl. Pour the peach and water mixture into the strainer and let the juice filter into the bowl
-Mix together the strained peach juice, lemon juice, 1 cup of water and 3 tbs of lavender simple syrup (less or more depending on how sweet you like it)
