raspberry watermelon popsicles

Making popsicles at home is such a no brainer. I mean, this may be the easiest recipe of all time and contains ZERO dyes, artificial ingredients or refined sugar. Check out the label of the store bought popsicles and you will find a lot of "fruit purees" or "juice concentrates". The difference between real fruit and these alternatives is that their fruit has had the water and fiber removed and sugars and preservatives added. Fruit is so deliciously sweet on its own that extra sugar and additives just aren't necessary. Do yourself a favor and switch to these homemade versions instead.

This is the most guilt free dessert or snack ever. I had one for breakfast today!
