TRANSFORM is the most intensive of the programs as it is the longest and most in depth. It’s for the person who feels they’re really starting from scratch with their health and needs someone to keep them accountable during this healing journey. If you’re looking to make drastic shifts in your life with weight loss, eating habits and mindset- this program is for you. TRANSFORM and my other programs, are designed around my understanding that people are unable to reach their health goals because of the destructive patterns and limiting beliefs that they’ve unknowingly been carrying around with them since childhood. Once they reprogram and release these subconscious behaviors and shame, they are able to truly heal and begin to make decisions based on their new found self-worth.
With each of the programs, we dig deep and uncover what’s blocking you from reaching your health goals. The longer the program, the deeper we will go.
TRANSFORM requires self-reflection, self-awareness, vulnerability, openness and an all-in mindset. The more open you are to the process, the greater results you will experience. By the end of the program, you will feel aligned and connected to your true self. You’ll feel lighter and empowered. And, with all of this internal healing, you’ll find the external elements of a balanced lifestyle- eating healthy, exercising and taking care of your body- become second nature.
With the program TRANSFORM, you will have weekly assignments and journal prompts. You will receive admission to the TRANSFORM portal and will have unlimited access to the materials (with no expiration date) so you may use the tools and practices way beyond the program end date.
WHO IS ThiS PROGRAM FOR?
Anyone and everyone would benefit from TRANSFORM. It is the complete program and covers everything that is taught in RESET and RENEW. It is a full dive into all of the areas of your life that are blocking you from reaching your health goals. TRANSFORM is the longest program at six months, which I believe is the ideal amount of time in order to make lasting change and achieve the greatest results. If you are struggling with your weight, motivation, eating habits or have low self-worth you will benefit tremendously from this program.

Reprograming old, destructive habits so that you can make longterm changes

Developing an exercise/movement routine
You have spent your whole lifetime creating the habits and patterns that have brought you to where you are today. It takes time to reprogram these beliefs and TRANSFORM you into your best self. This program requires vulnerability, honesty, a willingness to self-reflect and a desire to make real change.
1 session per week for the first 3 months (12 weeks). Then, 1 session every other week for the final 3 months.
18 sessions total.
Each session is 60 minutes.
Sessions are one-on-one and can either be in person (if local to Chicago) or over the phone.
18 journal prompts and 18 weekly assignments.
