A couple of nights ago I finally sat down after a very busy, productive day. I felt like I had earned a treat, for really just being a productive member of society, and so I poured myself a glass of wine and turned on bad reality television while I waited for my beau to come home. Then I had another glass. And another. I don't drink very much so I was feeling a bit tipsy and then an hour later I got a pounding headache. I woke up the next morning later than usual, feeling unmotivated, while sporting dark circles under my eyes and a very tired looking face. I was really disappointed in myself. I knew that If I hadn't drank the three glasses of wine the night before than I would have woken up feeling refreshed and ready to go. I know this may seem like such a trivial thing, and it is, but my least favorite thing in the world is waking up and feeling like crap. I absolutely hate it. Anyways, I knew I had a decision. I could go back to bed, get something unhealthy for lunch because I "need it" (who knows that feeling where they NEED crap food when they're hungover?!) I could be lazy all day, get nothing day and waste the day away. Today is no good, I'll just wait for tomorrow kind of feelings. Or, I could get up, show up, exercise, be productive, eat nourishing foods, take control, choose happiness, get outside, enjoy life and continue living, progressing and moving forward. I choose the latter and I had an amazing day. I didn't let the day die. I didn't let it waste away. The point is, It's all mind over matter. Get your mind in shape and the rest will follow.

Here are some quotes to get you inspired, keep you moving and help bring solace to your life.
